The nutrition fact for Miso Flavor is as same as Spicy Flavor which I ate yesterday. The content of saturated fat and sodium are high, but I just like Miso Soup. I give it five stars because it tastes good and the smell is special! It's high-fat, however, it's just right to suit my need today. Hope my brain exercise can burn the fat!

Do you know...
Miso soup, in Japanese which is called "miso shiru" - 味噌汁" and in Chinese it's called "面鼓湯". Miso Soup is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called "dashi" into which is mixed softened miso paste. Although the suspension of paste into dashi is the only characteristic that actully defines miso soup, many other ingredients are added depending on regional and seasonal recipes, and personal preference. Moreover, there are many kinds of instant Miso soup that we can buy from supermarket. It's very convenient and easy to cook since you just need to cook it with water.
