Weekend...
This weekend, I tried two more Nissin brand 出前一丁 instant noodles. For Saturday, I had Nissin 出前一丁 Ramen Noodle with Soup Base Curry Flavor for my dinner. I didn't put any other ingredients with it. For Sunday, I had Nissin 出前一丁 Ramen Noodle with Soup Base Spicy Seafood Flavor for my lunch, and I added some Chinese White Cabbage on the topping.

For price, they are same for $.59, and the size of the noodles is quite big. To compare with these two kinds of instant noodles, I like the second one better. Although the first one is curry flavor, I didn't taste any curry flavor for it. For the second one, it is delicious and not so spicy, and I didn't remain any soup in the plate. To conclude both of them, they are ichiban too! For health, They are both high calories and high fat, and also their content of sodium is badly high, and I recommend people don't eat more than one bag of these kinds of instant noodles per day.

A: "出前一丁" are Japanese words, which pronounced "De-ma-eIt-cho", "出前" means to-go, "一丁" means "one", so "出前一丁" means " one for to-go".

Q: Does Japanese version "出前一丁" taste better?
A: There's a little bit difference for production of 出前一丁 from different places, but the production in Hong Kong is very similar with Japan. A: Since Hong Kong people are more fussier, so the amount of flavors and styles are the champion of Asia. There are total 21 kinds of flavor, including sesame oil flavor, beef flavor, chicken flavor, Shoyu flavor, roast beef flavor and so on.

Q: Is it real that someone said it will change to harmful chemicals if heating the condiment to 100 Celsius Degree?
A: Hong Kong Nissin company explained that it's wrong, but as the recommendation from the packaging, it's better for people put the soup powder after out of fire because it tastes better.

Q: There is a rumour that there is a layer of wax on the surface of the instant noodles, is it ture?
A: Hong Kong Nissin company explained that the layer material on the surface of the instant noodles is a layer of palm oil in order to lump the noodles into a piece.

Q: who is the little boy on the packaging of 出前一丁?
A: He is called "清仔", named for Nissin logo since 1966, and the cartoon "清仔's family" came in 1993. The cartoon is talking about 清仔's father inherits heirloom for making sesame oil hand-pulled noodles and he opened a "出前一丁" noodle restuarant, and 清仔 delivers to-go. There are also his mother and his sister in the cartoon.
