There is a small bag of instant seaweed attached to the instant noodles, so I added it in my bowl too. The noodles looked like in a small bowl in the photo, actually it's in a big plate.

Except the part of saturated fat, I think this kind of instant noodles can be acceptable. Also, accordind to recommnded daily intake table, it's better for us to absorb sodium less than 2,400 mg, I think we should eat not more than 1 big of this kind of instant noodles. When I was cooking the noodles, my sister said it smelt some oily but I don't think so. For taste, the soup is delicious, and I never leave any in the plate.

Do you know...
For the purpose of hoping visitor of Japan know more about the invetion of instant noodles and and the inventor, Momofuku Ando that he got the idea for this invention from his daily life, there is a museum called Instant Ramen Museum in Osaka, Japan. In My Cup Noodles Noodles Factory on the first floor the second exhibition hall in the museum, people just need to pay 300 JPY, approximately 3.28 USD and buy one more cup and wash their hands, then they can design the cup make a cup noodle by themselves. It's meaningful and educational for children and also make the family relationship close through the process of interaction between children and parents.
