It's similar rating except the part of health, I didn't gave any stars. For adults and children 4 or more years of age, The daily value for saturated fat should be no more than 20%, also for the content of sodium, it's higher than the cup noodles I ate yesterday. I recommend people don't eat more than 2 cups of this kind cup noodles for one day. Just think that 2 cups is OK, and considering the size of it, it' isn't enough for big dude, but for me it's OK! Also, it contains some amount of cholesterol, even the amount is little, it isn't good for health especially cardiocasculum. It tastes good and I like the dried corn, dried carrot and dried green pea in it. Just keep in mind, don't eat so much than 2 cups! For the recommend cooking direction, I see the bold letters "Do Not Microwave". However, I think it's OK but just don't cook it for so long in microave. Form my experience, if you cook so long in microwave, the water will pour out and it's dangerous. However,If no microwave for it, I absolutely think it's bad tasting because the noodles will be tough.
Do you know...
The material for cup container for Nissin Cup Noodles is also contain styroform. There are always someone say, don't put your food with styrofoam container in microwave. However, is it true? Is it save to microwave food with a styrofoam container? The answer can be yes, but also no for some.
Contrary to popular belief, some styrofoam and other polystyrene containers can safely be used in the microwave. Just follow the same rule you follow for other plastic containers and check the label.
