Today...
Friday is nice, I don't have class today, so I can wake up later. I Drove to Marina Grocery with my mum to buy some food, and then cooked ICHIBAN Japanese Style Miso Flavor instant noodles for my lunch, It could be said my breakfast too, because it's my first meal today. Before I cooked the instant noodles, I had asked my mum, "Do I need to cook for you?" Just like what I expected, "No" she said. She would perfered to red yam but not instant noodles. Yes, my mum isn't a buddy for instant noodles.

The price is acceptable and the noodles size is quite big. Even I didn't put other ingredient on it, it still tasted good! Compared with the Miso instant noodles which I ate yesterday, this one is better because it seems to be more healthy. The content of saturated fat and sodium is acceptable that it isn't so high. Also, It includes some vitamin A & C.
Do you know...
Instant miso soup is available in single-serving packets, and generally contains dried wakame and tofu, soy beans that reconstitute rapidly on the addition of hot water. These are popular in the Japanese workplace, where miso soup can be made with lunch as easily as green tea, and using the same water.
The photo below is a small box of instant miso paste that I bought from Marukai Market in Cupertino. It remains only half, and I don't remember how much it is, but I link the website under the sources.

Hi Kin Seong Lei,
ReplyDeleteOMG, after reading your blog I want to make myself a big bowl of instant noodles. I have a case of the chicken flavored Cup of Noodles in my office at SJSU. Your entries are great and the facts that you include with each entry are really informative. I hope that you are having as much fun with your experiment as I did reading about it.
One suggestion. Take out your timeline. You don't need to include that portion of your proposal on your blog.
Keep up the good work.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your suggestion, Berney, I have taken out the timeline part of my blog.
